Booking and event conditions

1. Provider and venue

The provider is Bowling Lounge Rheydt GmbH, Katharinenstraße 20, 10711 Berlin. Bowling Lounge MG operates at Gartenstraße 220, 41236 Mönchengladbach. Full company details appear in the legal notice.

2. Reservations

Online reservations use the 4bowl booking system. Before completing your booking, check the date, start time, duration, number of guests and lanes, and the services, prices and conditions shown in the system. Keep your confirmation.

Telephone reservations and enquiries are available during opening hours. Please tell us as early as possible about changes, delays or cancellations on +49 2166 146590. The conditions confirmed for your booking apply.

3. Prices and services

Regular bowling prices are per lane per hour. Up to six people may play on a bowling lane and up to eight on a soccer lane. Package prices and included services are shown with each offer.

All prices include statutory VAT. Any additional services and prices will be agreed with you. Published times, minimum group sizes and advance-booking requirements apply to packages.

4. Event enquiries

Sending the event form is a no-obligation enquiry and does not reserve a date. Our team will discuss availability and services with you.

For individually planned events, the date, services, group size, total price, payment arrangements and change or cancellation conditions are set out in your quote. An enquiry alone does not create a payment obligation.

5. Safety and questions

Follow the safety instructions and house rules at the venue. Tell our team immediately about technical problems so we can help. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Our privacy policy explains the processing of personal data. We are neither willing nor required to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
