House rules

Safety and conduct rules for Bowling Lounge MG

1. Consideration and safety

Behave considerately so other guests are not endangered, harassed or disturbed while playing. Follow staff safety and emergency instructions.

2. Lanes and equipment

Use only the areas intended for your game. Do not enter the actual lane surface, machinery areas or closed-off areas. Report technical problems to staff immediately.

Suitable bowling shoes are required for bowling. Handle balls, shoes and other equipment carefully. Keep food and drinks off the approaches.

3. Children and groups

Accompanying adults must supervise children appropriately. Running and playing around lane approaches and service areas can endanger other guests. Agree arrangements for your group in advance.

4. Food, drinks and decorations

Please agree any food, birthday cake or special decorations brought from outside with our team before your visit. Keep emergency routes, equipment and safety installations clear.

5. Damage and hazards

Report broken glass, spills, damage and other hazards to staff immediately. Do not play on equipment that is closed or visibly faulty.

Statutory liability rules apply to damage and personal belongings.

6. Photography, smoking and conduct

Respect other guests’ and employees’ rights when taking photographs or videos. Follow smoking and youth-protection laws and notices at the venue.

Violence, threats, discriminatory conduct and deliberate damage are not tolerated. Staff may give reasonable instructions to prevent danger or serious disruption.
